Is Ted Thompson just Stupid or an egomaniac

It is stupid to not let Favre Play? Why here are my thoughts,he is the best player for the position of quarter back,He's a proven player.They almost made it to Super Bowl Last Year or did I dream that.If other players see how Favre was treated will they want to be on the Packers Team.I think because of Ted Thompson the Pack is getting like time warped back to the 70's when well they sucked.Ever commentary made on ESPN says what happened to Brett Favre was stupid.Shouldn't the best player play thats what I always thought.So as long as Ted Thompson is Gm I've decided to be an antipacker fan.I will watch every game but I will be cheering for their opponent. I hope as a Anti Packer that the Pack loses every game.
